If you complete the ‘Contact Us’ form we will only retain your name and details for as long as is necessary whilst you remain a contact or in relationship with our charity. We hold your data for the legitimate interest of operating the charity.

We will NOT pass on your details to anyone other than the person (or people) in our charity who are best able to deal with your enquiry or who operate the charity’s database. We will keep your data safe and accurate.

You can contact us at any time to inform us if you no longer want us to hold your data. 

If you are concerned about the way your information is being handled please email the Chair of Trustees on the above email address. If you are still unhappy you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.
